The TV remote was oddly slow to respond , it took a while for it to register any commands. Also , I found the breakfast area quite cramped . Maneuvering around with a plate was like navigating an obstacle course.

jason helped me navigate to the hotel since my sat nav failed. jason and his colleague worked hard during a busy breakfast. the room met all my needs and was very clean plus the beds was comfy.

there was a lot of noise in corridors at night from kids running around. screaming continued until about 11pm and no staff was around to manage it. i appreciate it's hard to control all guests.
